Wednesday (Poetry)

EASE!

Stumbling blocks on path,

Tension grasping elbow, 

Fright pleading to be an ally,

And with huge fist, doubt strikes!

Amidst all; Leave thy arms, flexed.

And with wrath - call their acts, null!

Thy heart full of scars,

Void and with grim, filled.

A frightening present,

And the future, bleak.

Usher in, sobriety.

And with unwavering hope, loaf! 

On life's sea, sail! 

Stay swift when the waves rise.

Calm thy soul,

And with strength, roll.

For startling, the journey of life is,

But at the end, victory is thine!
